What causes backache?
Lower back pain injuries are associated with lifting,
twisting, bending, reaching, pulling and pushing actions.
Those most at risk include truck drivers, warehouse
personnel, construction workers, heavy manufacturing
workers and nurses.
Lower back pain disorders are divided into two major diagnostic categories, and many times overlap:
- Disorders involving irritation of peripheral nerves within, or as they meet the spinal canal. These tend to cause chronic pain.

How to treat backaches.
